Check in time is at 03:00 pm &check out time is at 12:00 pm.
Late check outs will be permitted on prior approval only, Pune Resorts holds the right to charge the guest in case otherwise.
A guest must book a minimum of 2 nights stay between Friday & Sunday.
We confirm the booking only if 50% advance is paid to us while booking and 50% on arrival. Additional expenses if any must be cleared at the time of check out.
A booking once made cannot be cancelled. In terms of any cancellation, Pune Resorts will not be responsible to process any refund. Readjustments can be made subject to prior approval ONLY.
Pune Resorts permits minors on the property only if he/she is accompanied by an adult.
Underage drinking is not permitted on the property.
Pune Resorts holds the right to make changes in policies/pricing without any prior intimation to the guest. Final discretion of pricing is upon the management only.
Pune Resorts holds the right to admission, so holds the right to deny a booking.
Pune Resorts holds no responsibility, for any hazard/harm/death/loss caused on the property.
We do not have extra space for guest staff/maids/nannies/drivers. So, if a guest wishes to bring them along, they will be counted as a part of the family & charged just as an extra adult in the group. They will g offered the same meals as the group & will be given an extra mattress for their use.
