Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Here is our cancellation and refund policy.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• 15 Days Prior: if cancelled 15 days before check-in, 90% of the advance amount will be refunded.
• 7-14 Days Prior: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
• Less than 7 Days: No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.

Peak Season Policy

During peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Long Weekends), bookings are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days via the original mode of payment.
