All bookings made through Pune Resorts are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective property owners. A booking is considered confirmed only after the receipt of the advance payment.

2. Payment Terms

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The remaining balance must be paid before check-in or as per the specific property's policy.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for the property amenities during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be chargeable.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pune Resorts matches guests with properties. We are not liable for any direct service failures by the property, though we will assist in resolving conflicts.
