1. 50% Advance for Booking
2. Payment non-refundable.
3. Remaining Payment at the time of Check-in Cash / Online
4. A security deposit of INR 5000will be taken by the caretaker at the time of check-in which will be refunded to you at the time of checkout. 
5. Please carry your own towels and toiletries.
6. No loud music outdoors after 10 pm
7. Power outage by MSEB is not in our hands. We have inverter backup for 3 hours.
8. Drugs usage is strictly prohibited
